How to Pay Your Bill

To make sure your coverage continues month to month, you must pay your bill by the due date on your invoice.

There are a few easy ways to pay your bill:

  • Sign up for autopay

    Paying your bill every month is easy with autopay. With this option, making recurring payments is a fast and secure process. If you enrolled for coverage through your employer, you would pay your share of the cost through a payroll deduction. If you enrolled for coverage on your own, you must pay a premium every month.

    Sign up now:

    • Use your UPMC Health Plan Login to sign in to the UPMC Health Plan app or your member website, MyHealth OnLine. (New to MyHealth OnLine? Register for access.)
      • In MyHealth OnLine, navigate to: Your Insurance > Premium Payments
      • In the UPMC Health Plan app, navigate to: Account Hub > Manage Premium Payments

  • Pay through the UPMC Health Plan app

    Sign in to the UPMC Health Plan app with your UPMC Health Plan Login. Navigate to: Account Hub > Manage Premium Payments and follow the prompts to confirm your email address and payment information.

  • Pay online

    You can make a one-time premium payment by using your UPMC Health Plan Login to sign in to your member website, MyHealth OnLine.

    Navigate to: Your Insurance > Premium Payments

    New to MyHealth OnLine? Register for your UPMC Health Plan Login.

  • Call the number on the back of your member ID card

    Call the toll-free number on your member ID card and press 1 to be connected to our automated payment system.

    • There is no wait and no fee to use the system.
    • You can call 24/7.
    • Make your secure payment via check, debit, or credit card.

  • Visit a UPMC Health Plan Connect Center

    If you’re near one of our retail locations, stop by for one-on-one assistance. Locations are Logan Valley Mall, Loyal Plaza shopping center, Millcreek Mall, Monroeville Mall, Ross Park Mall, South Hills Village, and The Mall at Robinson. Find a location near you.

  • Send a check or money order

    Even snail mail works—just be sure to include the subscriber’s member ID number on the check or money order.
