This virtual practice provides 24/7 urgent, high-quality urgent care to patients ages 3 and older. Practice providers can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication for a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to coughs, colds, flu, seasonal allergies and bug bites.

This virtual practice offers free on-demand urgent care and wellness visits to UPMC employees. This practice exists to ensure a healthier employee workforce through addressing gaps in care, scheduling tests, answering questions about lab work, and more.

This virtual practice provides 24/7 urgent care from pediatric advanced practice providers to children who are 0 to 17 years old.

This service is your virtual pharmacist connection center. Appointments with a UPMC Health Plan pharmacist are available Monday–Friday at no cost to you. You can meet with a licensed pharmacist to answer questions about medications, help you work with your doctor, explore lower-cost medicines, and get tips to help you remember to take your medications on time. This is a chat center for UPMC behavioral health virtual visits.2 A Concierge can verify your eligibility and help you schedule an appointment. They can also direct you to appropriate assistance for family/relationship or medication concerns; stress, grief, or other emotional issues; depression; anxiety; and other life challenges. Concierges are available Monday–Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, please call 911, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, go to the nearest emergency room, or call the local ambulance service.

How much does a video visit cost?
With UPMC Health Plan insurance, the cost of UPMC AnywhereCare Virtual Urgent Care and UPMC Children’s AnywhereCare visits range from $0 to $67 (most members pay $5 to $151).
Virtual urgent care is available to everyone, regardless of insurance. Video visits for non-UPMC Health Plan members within Pennsylvania are $59; for non-members outside of Pennsylvania, the cost is $67 per visit.

Questions about UPMC AnywhereCare?
*Members who are in Pennsylvania at the time of a virtual visit may select a UPMC-employed provider, subject to availability and discretion of the provider. Members located outside of Pennsylvania at the time of service or those who select Talk Therapy or Psychiatry services will receive care from a provider employed or contracted by Online Care Network II PC (OCN), also known as Amwell Medical Group. It is at the discretion of OCN providers to choose whether to treat patients ages 0 to 2. OCN is not an affiliate of UPMC. Limitations may apply for members of ASO plans that have opted out of coverage. Talk Therapy or Psychiatry services through UPMC AnywhereCare are not covered services for UPMC Community HealthChoices participants, UPMC for You members, or UPMC for Kids members. UPMC Children’s AnywhereCare is not available outside of Pennsylvania. If a member is under the age of 18, the member’s parent or legal guardian must be with the member during the video portion of the visit, and the child and parent or legal guardian must be in Pennsylvania during the visit. Providers are not available to treat members who are in Puerto Rico.
