Having a PCP means that you have access to health care provider who knows you and your medical history. Choosing a PCP is an important step toward enjoying better health and peace of mind.

You can sign in to the UPMC Health Plan member site or app to easily search for and select a primary care provider (PCP) or designate your current provider. By using the Find Care feature while signed in, your member information is automatically pulled in, saving you time and effort. If you prefer to use the Find Care page without signing in, be sure to have your member ID number handy to search for providers.
