This is a chat center for UPMC behavioral health virtual visits. A Concierge can verify your eligibility and help you schedule an appointment. They can also direct you to appropriate assistance for family/relationship or medication concerns; stress, grief, or other emotional issues; depression; anxiety; and other life challenges. Concierges are available Monday-Friday, from 7am to 5pm. This is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, please call 911, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, go to the nearest emergency room, or call the local ambulance service.

How much does a video visit cost?
With UPMC Health Plan insurance, the cost of Virtual Urgent Care, Children’s AnywhereCare, Talk Therapy and Psychiatry visits range from between $0 to $67 (most members pay $5 to $151). All other services are at no cost with UPMC Health Plan insurance.
Individuals without UPMC Health Plan insurance are charged $67 per visit.

*UPMC Children’s AnywhereCare is available only to patients who are in Pennsylvania. In order for a child to have a UPMC Children’s AnywhereCare visit, the child’s parent or legal guardian must be with the child during the video portion of the visit, and the child and parent or legal guardian must be in Pennsylvania during the visit. If you are located outside of Pennsylvania at the time of service, you may select the standard UPMC AnywhereCare module and will receive care from a provider employed or contracted by Online Care Network II PC (OCN), also known as Amwell Medical Group, at the discretion of the provider. OCN is not an affiliate of UPMC. Providers are not available to treat members who are in Puerto Rico.
