UPMC for Kids also includes vision coverage. The coverage for our members includes:
- One routine eye exam every 12 months
- $130 allowance every 12 months for either glasses or contact lenses
UPMC for Kids vision benefits are administered through Envolve Vision. A list of participating vision providers is available through the Envolve Vision provider search.
Members can call Vision Member Services at 1-866-921-7965 to get a vision provider’s name or to learn more about what dental benefits they have. TTY users should call toll-free 711.
