If you want to re-enroll in your suggested plan but need to make changes to information about your household, or address, or income, click Cancel and then Shop for another plan.
CMS has rules that put limits on most SEP types. This means most people who are already enrolled can only choose a plan of the same type as their current plan. For example, if you have a Bronze plan and want to switch plans during a SEP, you can only choose from other Bronze plans. The following plan details page will show only plans for which you are eligible.
