Our most affordable network option for residents of Allegheny, Bedford, Blair, Clinton, Erie, Lawrence, Lycoming, Mercer, Tioga, and Venango counties. Covers in-network providers including all UPMC providers and certain non-UPMC providers.

In a true emergency, members can seek care from any emergency department.

Even if the hospital is not in the Partner Network, the emergency care that's received will be covered at the in-network benefit level.

The Partner Network is designed for members who want to seek care from UPMC providers. Some in-network providers may have locations outside the counties listed.

Select Network (EPO) *low cost network

Available to residents of Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland counties. Covers in-network providers, including all UPMC providers, most community hospitals in the six-county service area, and a select group of non-UPMC providers.

In a true emergency, members can seek care from any emergency department.

Even if the hospital is not in the Select Network, the emergency care that's received will be covered at the in-network benefit level.

Like the Partner Network, the Select Network is designed to encourage members to seek care from UPMC providers. However, the Select Network covers more non-UPMC providers than the Partner Network. Some in-network providers may have locations outside the counties listed.

Premium Network (PPO) *widest network

Our highest-priced and broadest network is available throughout our service area for Pennsylvania residents who want to seek care in-network and out-of-network. In-network providers include all UPMC doctors and hospitals, plus other high-quality providers.

In a true emergency, members can seek care from any emergency department.

Even if the hospital is not in the Premium Network, the emergency care that's received will be covered at the in-network benefit level.

This network offers members the most flexibility in terms of choosing a provider and cost sharing. Members who choose in-network providers will pay less than those who choose out-of-network providers.
