Our Standard Option HMO is a high-value plan with a low monthly premium. Reward dollars you earn will be deposited into a health incentive account (HIA) and used to pay for your coinsurance, pharmacy copayments, and deductible.

Our High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) Option PPO comes with a health savings account (HSA) that you can use for qualified health care expenses after your deductible has been met.
