New Provider OnLine security updates coming soon
Nov. 2024Important Notices
On Nov. 8, 2024, the security settings for UPMC Health Plan’s Provider OnLine website will be updated.
Existing user accounts will be migrated into the new system; however, users will need to take the following steps upon their initial login:
- Enter their username and password.
- Create a new password.*
- Agree to the new terms and conditions.
- Set up two-step authentication.
The update will also give users access to new features, such as the ability to retrieve a forgotten user ID, reset a password, and edit their profile.
