As your partner in care, we wanted to share information regarding the annual conference of the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs, Putting Care at the Center, which gathers healthcare and social service providers, policymakers, advocates, program leaders, payers, researchers, and more.

This year's event, co-hosted with UPMC Health Plan, takes place October 16-18 in Pittsburgh, PA. Attendees from across the nation will convene to share insights on best practice and their experiences related to improving care for people with complex health and social needs. There will be several presentations that highlight social determinants of health as well as behavioral factors. Register today!
