If you are unsure about a member's insurance coverage, please use their PROMISe™ ID or Provider OnLine to confirm their eligibility. There are no eligibility dates on member ID cards. The date printed on a member ID card is not the member's date of eligibility; it is the card’s print date.

Important announcement – Telehealth submissions
As of October 1, 2025, UPMC Health Plan continues to accept the submission of telehealth claims. Providers may conduct telehealth visits for UPMC Health Plan members in all UPMC Insurance products.
