Deborah Moss, MD, MPH, FAAP Senior Medical Director, UPMC for Kids
Dr. Moss is a pediatrician with extensive experience designing and evaluating interventions to improve the quality of care for underserved populations. As a faculty member in the Division of General Academic Pediatrics at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and professor of pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh, she has conducted research and led quality-improvement initiatives on tobacco control, asthma, oral health, obesity, and coordinating care for children with special needs. In her role as senior medical director at UPMC Health Plan, she provides clinical guidance to help design pediatric care management and payment reform programs that improve the quality of care and health outcomes for CHIP- and Medicaid-enrolled members.
Robert Rutkowski, MD, FAAP Senior Medical Director Practice Transformation, UPMC Health Plan
Dr. Rutkowski has 25 years of experience as a practicing pediatrician. He attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He is in practice with UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics and is the medical director of UPMC Children’s Hospital Express Care–South Fayette. At UPMC Health Plan, Dr. Rutkowski is a senior medical director for practice transformation, working with value-based programs and population health strategy. His goal is to ensure high-quality, equitable health care for all children.
