New Provider OnLine security updates coming soon

Nov. 2024Important Notices

On Nov. 8, 2024, the security settings for UPMC Health Plan’s Provider OnLine website will be updated.

Existing user accounts will be migrated into the new system; however, users will need to take the following steps upon their initial login:

  • Enter their username and password.
  • Create a new password.*
  • Agree to the new terms and conditions.
  • Set up two-step authentication.

The update will also give users access to new features, such as the ability to retrieve a forgotten user ID, reset a password, and edit their profile.

*You may reuse your existing password if it meets the new security password requirements.

To help protect against cancers later in life, it is important to increase HPV vaccination rates in adolescents starting at age 9. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, HPV vaccination is routinely recommended at age 11 or 12, but the vaccine can be given starting at age 9.1 The Pennsylvania Cancer Coalition cites the following potential benefits of initiating the HPV vaccine series at age 9:2
