On June 13, 2024, UPMC’s Provider OnLine migration took place to update our user access security structure. If you are a user of Provider OnLine but had not logged on in the last 150 days before June 13, you may need to take a security step to re-register.
Your office OAA would have the necessary permissions to set up the user's access. If an OAA exists for the office, they can complete the access request for the user. To see if your Tax ID has an established OAA call web support at 1-800-937-0438.
If an OAA does not exist for an office, the OAA Application can be completed. Please contact web support at 1-800-937-0438 for further assistance.

HPV Vaccination Resources
To help protect against cancers later in life, it is important to increase HPV vaccination rates in adolescents starting at age 9.
