UPMC Health Plan Wins 7 Stevie Awards for 2025

Pittsburgh (April 1, 2025) – UPMC Health Plan announced today that it has earned seven Stevie® Awards for 2025—including Customer Service Award of the Year—Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Related Industries category.

The Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service are the world's top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were considered in this year's competition. The businesses are from 45 nations and territories.

Winners were determined by the average scores of 176 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.
