For the Second Year in a Row, J.D. Power Ranks UPMC for Life #1 in Customer Satisfaction Among Medicare Advantage Plans in Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh (Sept. 10, 2024) – UPMC Health Plan announced today that UPMC for Life—the Medicare Advantage plan that is part of the Health Plan's family of insurance and benefit management products—has earned the highest score in Pennsylvania by the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Medicare Advantage Study℠ of members' satisfaction with their Medicare Advantage health plan experience. This is the second consecutive year that UPMC for Life has received this designation.

UPMC for Life earned a 5 out of 5-star rating from Medicare for 2024, which means that Medicare members can also enroll in a UPMC for Life HMO, PPO, or HMO D-SNP plans in western and central Pennsylvania right now.
