UPMC Health Plan Wins 13 Stevie Awards, Including a Grand Stevie Award for Customer Service and Sales Excellence

Pittsburgh (May 15, 2023) – UPMC Health Plan today announced it earned 13 Stevie^® Awards—including a Gold Stevie Award—at the 17th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, which are among the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals across multiple businesses and industries.

UPMC Health Plan Medicare Sales earned two 2023 Gold Stevie^® Awards for Inside/Telesales Team of the Year and Sales Representative of the Year – Other Services Industries. More than 2,300 nominations from organizations in 49 nations and territories were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 170 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements; more than 60 categories for sales and business development achievements; and categories that recognize new products and services, solution providers, and organizational and individual responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.
