UPMC Health Plan Offers the Lowest Cost Silver Marketplace Plans With Full In-Network Access to UPMC

PITTSBURGH (Oct. 22, 2019) – UPMC Health Plan will once again offer the lowest cost Silver option with full in-network access to all UPMC hospitals and doctors both on and off Pennsylvania’s Health Insurance Marketplace in Western Pennsylvania.

Open enrollment for 2020 begins on Nov. 1, 2019, and continues through Dec. 15, 2019. Plans sold during open enrollment start Jan. 1, 2020. UPMC Health Plan is offering eight plans in Western Pa. with a variety of options in each of its Partner, Select, and Premium Networks.

UPMC Health Plan also includes coverage for UPMC AnywhereCare, which gives members 24/7 access to nonemergency care at their computers or mobile devices. Many plans cover UPMC AnywhereCare at 100%.
