I have been specializing in perinatal addiction services in the Pregnancy Recovery Center of UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital since its opening four years ago. The most joyful experience of my job is having the privilege of seeing women/mothers discover their personal strengths through living a drug-free lifestyle. I strongly believe reducing the stigma of addiction with pregnancy and motherhood is crucial in providing authentic and beneficial social service support for our members.
