If you are ready to enroll with UPMC for Life, we can mail you all the information you need to enroll in our plan. Call us at 1-866-517-2806 (TTY: 711) to request your FREE enrollment kit with no obligation. From Oct. 1 – March 31, we are available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From April 1 – July 31, we are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From Aug. 1 – Sept. 30, you can reach us Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Medicare Prescription Payment Plan

Medicare members with high prescription drug costs can get help with their payments through the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan. This payment option allows you to spread your prescription drug costs across monthly payments throughout the year instead of paying them up front at the pharmacy.
