About the speakers
Jim Kinville, Senior Director, EAP, WorkpartnersMr. Kinville has more than 30 years of EAP/work-life experience in managed care and specialty health management. In his current role, he directs the strategic agenda and leads staff who deliver EAP services to local, regional, national, and international customers and clients. Before joining Workpartners in 2015, Mr. Kinville served in several executive roles and was responsible for directing EAP and work-life services for diverse populations. He also has experience overseeing the operations of care management centers and developing programs to aid in the overall success of EAP utilization and patient outcomes, while reducing readmission rates and costs.
Cindy Grindel, LSW—Workpartners’ EAP Sr. Program Manager
Ms. Grindel is a licensed social worker and Certified Grief Educator with a wide range of experience in organizational training, critical incident response, and counseling. As a Senior Program Manager with LifeSolutions EAP, she provides workshops and trainings for businesses throughout the region and support to workplaces experiencing trauma or loss. Her previous experience includes work as a Hospice Bereavement Coordinator and counselor for a community mental health agency.
